Is she ripping me off??

Hello, 
I had a wholesaler contact me about sending a property out to my buyers list. I've got a buyer interested. How do I handle this? Just have him close with her? Also, what should I be compensated? I've heard some investors say they split the profits 50/50. That seems fair...she does the first half, I do the second half. Just wondering what everyone else thinks.

50% is good but they probably won't go for it most people are to greedy. You just need to male her know she doesnâ€™t have a deal without you and wont be making any money.

I have never had an issue with getting another investor to JV and do a 50/50 split... If they want it sold then they will do the deal...

This is all negotiable.
          
          Here are the two ways I work:
          
          1. Have them mention what they are looking for out of the property (eg: they have it under contract at 45k, want a minimum of 50k).  Your list it at 60k or 55k and keep anything over 50k.
          
          2. The other option is a % split, 50/50 is common, but not a rule.
          
          I typically just call up wholesalers and say, I have 123 Main St under contract at 95, I want at least 10k.  It needs 20k of repairs and should be worth 180.  They mark it up and sell it for me.

I'd assume it's all about negotiating. Try offering a 50/50 split first and then take it from there
