Wholesaling with re agents
I have a good investment property through an agent. I have an end buyer that I want to flip it to. The agent does not know that I will be wholesaleing the property. I did a walk through and the numbers make for a good wholesale flip. Is there a way I can flip this property without putting down an earnest money deposit or any of my own cash, (which I have none) to my end buyer and ultimately make a profit. Anyone with experience in this area? Thanks in advance!
