Hi BP,
I am looking to get into the probate niche for my wholesaling business, but I just don't have enough time to go down to the courthouse a pull leads.
Does anyone have advice on how they go about getting people to go down to the courthouse for them? Where do you get these people? How much do you pay them? How often do you have them go down there? Etc.
Also why kind of mail pieces do you mail to probate prospects? I know I've seen typed letters, just wondering what else is working for others.

@Chris Hodge depending on where you live, there are actually companies/services that will take care of getting the information for you. If you're inclined to do it yourself, you will likely need to train them to do what you want. We have a guy who we trained to get what we need at the courthouse. I believe we pay him $500/mo plus a portion of profits from deals but I'm not 100% sure on that. Hope it helps!

@Chris Hodge Hi Chris! Your questions seems a bit circular. Do you want to learn, thoroughly and completely, how to do something in order to teach someone else how to do it and then pay them?
Our company has been doing probate research and providing leads for quite a while. To put it mildly, it's a lot of tedious work using multiple databases. Then add in the fact that the only good lead needs skip traced. The bottom line is, what is your time worth? We have found that most people would rather just pay for the lead and move right into contacting the prospect rather than spend time running down to the courthouse, researching probate cases, only to find out the lead is worthless and the time was wasted.

@David Wurzel i'm looking to find someone to run down to the courthouse and get the prospects information. I can do the skip tracing if needed and contacting the prospects. My only problem is I don't know anyone that is willing to do it. i marketed it on my social media and nobody seemed to want to do it. I have gone down to the courthouse and pulled leads but i simply cannot take the time to go down there very often.
