What Wholesaling CRM software do you recommend?

Hi All,

I'm trying decide what wholesaling platform I should use. I wanted to know what experiences you all have had with the multiple platforms offered, such Freedomsoft, InvestorFuse, Highrise, etc.

I'm currently very familiar with Zoho and know I can put it to good use but reluctant as it is not a "real estate-focused platform" or all-in-one platform. Their integration capability is great but not sure how I would put everything together. According to the one stop shop platforms, they offer everything I need from automated lead generation to comp, rehab estimators and analyzers, plus many more bells and whistles.

I'm not looking for something to do the work for me but I do want a platform that will automate my processes. From the mailers I send out, to the leads that come in, to the deals I close or leave as stagnant. I want a system that can help autmoate plus help me organize all the data coming in and out.

Any feedback would be great,

Jose Corbera

@Jose Corbera don’t complicate things....Focus on finding a motivated seller and marketing to a motivated buyer.  If your market has free public records, start digging my friend. Then cold call if you can access contact info. Keep things simple. Best advice I can give.

I don’t know what a wholesale CRM is, but ai have 6 closings tomorrow and they are all from cold calling. Find deals, contract them, do good honest business and be credible. The money will come.
