I purchased a single family in Bates-Hendrick area in Indy a little over 2 years ago from a wholesaler via special warranty deed, which is essentially a quit claim deed. Am planning on selling this property on the open real estate market and is looking for an attorney or individual to do a quite title action on it.

Reach out to Jynell Berkshire at Berkshire Law. I haven’t worked with her for any title issues but she’s known as one of the ‘go-tos’ in Indianapolis if you need to clean up title.

@Alvin Ikeda we use Hocker and Associates for most of our law/title stuff. They do a little bit of everything there and do it very well. Highly recommend them here in Indy.
