Built a list in CT; What's Next!?

Hey BP, New to Real estate but have been on the fence for over a year now. Currently work a door to door marketing job and have compiled and extensive list of distressed or seemingly abandoned properties in my last 6 months (70+ addresses) wondering what my next steps should be. Would love to share this resource in exchange of seeing this process completed so that I may learn. Connecticut and eastern New York addresses. Look forward to hearing responses and building connections; just trying to make sure I'm not coming to the table empty handed. Michael.

Why not try taking a stab at making offers yourself?

Get with a local attorney that can write up the contracts once you find some real interest or success. Some general tips in the thread below.
