Long Distance Sale...Help Please

I have been presented with an opportunity for a wholesale deal. I have completed one locally but never 1,000 miles away, I'm in Ohio the property is in NY. I'm looking for advice on how to make this work being so far away. I will have it under contract by the end of the weekend and will start finding a buyer for this property. One of my concerns is how do I show this property to potential buyers without being there? The owner lives in Florida so that won't work either. Any and all advice would be greatly appreciated.
