Finding Seller Phone Numbers in Bulk ( Skip Trace )

Good Morning & Happy New Year!

I'm new to wholesaling but have been a F/T RE agent for 5 years. 

I want to pull a list of owners from either listsouce.com or directly from the County courthouse through the Tax Assessors Office, Register of Wills or Prothonotary, etc. 

I want to dump all of the addresses into a system that will provide phone numbers for me even if It it needs to be done one at a time. In which case  I'll hire someone to do that. After that, I'll upload these numbers into a dialer and call away. 

I'm looking a hundreds to a couple thousand names by pulling these list and all of these skiptracing services seem to charge like $10 per name??!!  Is there any other service that can get me phone numbers in mass by just providing them a list?

Skip genie has a program for what you are describing. They charge about a $1 per search. Cold calling is brutal if there is no motivation by the seller. Also may want to contact @Cornelius Garland his company does what you are requesting.
