After doing deals with local investors. I am thinking of expanding business to another city, any advice on vitual wholesaling? what to make sure of? I don't mind the travel.

@Sherrie Larocque  I'd encourage you to check out information from Joe McCall and Real Estate Investing Mastery podcast. Joe can be a little bit long winded but his advice is great. There's also this great  Bigger Pockets Blog Post on Virtual Wholesaling as well. I hope it helps!
