Deceased Owners - What to do

Hey guys,

I found a property which is going up for auction however the both owners are deceased. Looks like this went through the probate process but no one claimed the property. Is there anything I can do before property goes up to the tax sale? I found one living family member but I am kinda not sure if its appropriate to call them at this point. The house has been in the estate several years and it looks like its finally making it to the tax sale. What should I do?
