Any Wholesalers in Atlanta?

Hello everyone! I've been reading around and taking in a LOT of information about wholesaling. I just bought my first batch of bandit signs and currently on the hunt for some good seller leads for a direct mail campaign. Anyone here on Bigger Pockets currently having success in the Atlanta market? I'd love to hear about your experiences.
