Tips to find wholesale buyers

Hello BP,

 I would like to start investing in RE doing some wholesales. I've been doing my research, learning the process and everything. Just need want to know where to find good buyers? And if you wholesale, does the seller need to know that you are going to sell that contract? I know the contract needs to include my name and/or assigns in order to sell it.
