Working my way through a Wholesale Deal
Hello, I seem to be having a brain dud today.
I'm in the middle of my first wholesale. If I have an ARV of 249k using the 70% rule places me at about 174k... minus my commission, also the closing costs. With that given number... did I go about this correctly? I'm attempting to get the seller a 50k return in the process. Please, any information would be valuable.
