Hello!  I am filling out my first Purchase Contract for a house I plan to wholesale.  I can understand the items in the contract at a high level, except for one.  Can someone help me in just one or 2 sentences understand this line item in the Purchase Contract?  .

  1. PROHIBITION:This agreement establishes a prohibition against transfer, conveyance

    or encumbrance to Property

Thank you!
