Sorting through thousands of APNs

I found a list of county tax delinquent properties over 5 years. I figured this would be a great list to market to for wholesaling opportunities. The Issue I have is that the properties are all listed by apn. The list has over 7,000 apn which are all over the county. Is there a program that I can put the apn into that will quickly generate addresses? other wise i will have to go one by one and search each individual apn
