Hello, my name is Ernest Allen I am in Florida and I am new to this industry. I am not an agent but I am a small business owner who needs additional revenue streams to meet my future financial goals. I am going to start the process of wholesaling, I would like some guidance on how to start and to make this calculated risk work.
