WHOLESALERS! What is your core approach?

Based solely off of observation, the image of wholesalers seems to be one with a "negative" label on it. Understanding certain individuals are only in the industry for personal gains( i.e filling up their pockets)...this is not the case for all. As a wholesaler, operating from a moral standpoint is fundamental to providing not only the best experience for your sellers, but also key to running an efficient wholesale business.

How are you operating on a daily basis? ( i.e providing true solutions for sellers or economical gains?)    Both?

What would a change in your core approach to wholesaling do for your business?

This can of worms has been opened a lot recently.....lol

I don't run my business any differently just because it's wholesaling. The fundamental concept is...I buy fixers and outdated homes.

Daily operations consist of marketing, talking to sellers, going on appointments, making offers, networking, reading and praying to the RE gods.

The #1 reason I got into real estate is because I was broke and being an EMT making $15/hour was not going to make me wealthy. I don't think there's anything wrong with being in this industry for economic gains. But at the same time, I know I'm buying big headaches from people and to them, I'm providing a true solution.

@Doug Pretorius Lol the sarcasm is on point!
