I need help with comps !
Good afternoon investors! I need some help! I’m just starting off as an investor and the problem I have with analyzing deals is that I find the house and I try pulling the comps but I don’t find anything sold around that house that is within 6 blocks or half a mile from the house I want to invest in! What do I do? Can I go higher than 6 blocks? Higher than half a mile ? Please I need help!
