Not to throw a wet blanket on this discussion but be careful with this course and other guru courses.  Depending on what state you're in some of the things that Tom teaches regarding contract assignments and marketing properties you don't technically own can get you in hot water with the law.  I'm in Ohio and they are really cracking down on some of these techniques as it's looked at as brokering real estate without a license.  Other states (I think Florida for one) are enacting stricter laws as well.  Just be careful to find out what the laws are in your state and be sure to follow them carefully or you could end up in silver bracelets.

Well you're right. I had the same concern so I talked to one of their guys directly and asked about this because I live in Iowa and there are some pretty strict laws going on there as well.

The answer they've given me is that the program goes over how to find wholesale-friendly real estate attorneys and title companies to ensure that no laws are broken.
