Wholesaling Inc Review

Howdy BP!

I have been building out my wholesaling campaign and have been looking for some professional coaching to take me to the next level.

I am looking to speak to a few people who have gone through the Wholesaling Inc. coaching program and hear about their experience. I had a great call with the company this afternoon and I am curious to hear more from a students perspective. Please private message me to get in touch!

Best,

Scott

Yes I joined Wholesaling Inc about 6 weeks ago. I highly recommend it. You will have a full system set up within a month and it is the same system that Tom and Cody have developed and tweaked over the years and use in their own businesses.

Not to throw a wet blanket on this discussion but be careful with this course and other guru courses. Depending on what state you're in some of the things that Tom teaches regarding contract assignments and marketing properties you don't technically own can get you in hot water with the law. I'm in Ohio and they are really cracking down on some of these techniques as it's looked at as brokering real estate without a license. Other states (I think Florida for one) are enacting stricter laws as well. Just be careful to find out what the laws are in your state and be sure to follow them carefully or you could end up in silver bracelets.

I like the podcast. the course cost a lot. I would say take that money that you are willing to pay for the course and invest it in marketing. It's enough free information out here to do deals in then if you want to invest in the course do it.

Well you're right. I had the same concern so I talked to one of their guys directly and asked about this because I live in Iowa and there are some pretty strict laws going on there as well.

The answer they've given me is that the program goes over how to find wholesale-friendly real estate attorneys and title companies to ensure that no laws are broken.

im going to be fair to them because when people find something they dont like they tend to embellish. but im not going to do that. they had some okay content but i did not find one thing in this program that i didnt see in a course i got for 297. not one thing! as an aside, i hate when people say you dont need money to wholesale, that is a lie. you need alot of money but im digressing.wholesale inc is not worth it at all in my opinion to pay 5 grand for info you can easily and i mean easily find
