National Wholesaling/Virtual Wholesaling

Hello BP Community,

I have a question for anyone who is Wholesaling outside of the state they live in. I want to get more info on how to get started. I am looking into this because of how hot the seller market is in my state and want to look into the virtual wholesaling opportunity. 

Any suggestions on the markets to look into? I have my own CRM system and ways to contact owners. Just need some guidance to get started.
