Wholesaling homes title company question
hi there randy here. Been learning a lot about wholesaling homes. I plan on doing a lot of assignment contract deals. Seems to me the easiest. I have not made any deals yet. Been trying to learn everything I can before I get to doing it. I can find the homes. It’s just trying to find a buyer quick enough. I’m in Arkansas. I was wondering if I did deals outside the State would I need to find another title company within that another state or can you not use your title company in your own state for all other locations.
