Wholesaling in Chicago - where to begin?
Hello everyone. I just joined the BiggerPockets community and am looking to dive right in for advice, networking, and growth. I am 22 and just moved to the Chicagoland area. I was curious if there were any others who started wholesaling part time outside of their 9-5 jobs and found success, or even failure. I’d love to hear any advice, first steps, events to go to, people to connect with, whatever it may be, in order to get started.

I'm based in Griffith, just applied for my real estate license in Indiana, and I'm considering wholesaling here, as well.
