what is skip tracing and how does it bill you out?
I’ve heard that needtoskip is a good website and i understand what it does, i just don’t know how it bills you out. i’m sorry if this is a stupid question, but what exactly are you paying for and how much is it? I just want to be clear on it before i purchase a list
