I have the opportunity to earn a finders fee of $20k. This would be my first endeavor in Real Estate. I don’t have a company, llc, team established yet. Is this legally ok to do? Why or why not?? Also, looking to build that team if anyone is in the Savannah, GA area. Thanks in advance!

Sounds like a Scam. Your phrasing  is vEry odd.

What exactly are you doing?
