Estimating wholesaling repairs

Hello everyone,

I’m just starting out in wholesaling and was wondering what ways you more experienced wholesalers used when you first started to estimate repair costs I have a system for finding comps but I’m not really sure how to get accurate estimates with so little experience

Thanks in advance

Eric

To everyone saying don't estimate repairs, how does the new wholesaler have any idea what to offer if they have no idea what the repairs cost? You don't have to disclose what you think repairs cost to your end buyer, but you have to have an idea what the repairs are needed cost to be able to make an offer on the house to sell to an end buyer... unless I'm missing something where wholesalers don't need to know repair costs.
