Greedy wholesaler, never me.
Ive noticed a bad rep is circling around the name of the wholesaler: like how greedy they get or they don’t bring the numbers. Never Me!
I don’t want to become this even tho I’m a new wholesaler.
So I ask you investors and other wholesalers, what are some good practices that you enjoy when you dealing with a wholesaler?
I don’t want to be one of those that throws up a number and wait for someone to bite the deal.
