Wholesaling in Minnesota

Cortez Williams
Posted
Hi I’m looking for a purchase and sales agreement for wholesaling in Minnesota and what part of the contracts allows me to back out if I don’t find a buyer.

I find the whole concept of securing a property with a contract without the full intention to complete the sale unethical- why not be up front with people? - when you’re setting up so you can escape w/o consequence or cost- it seems kind of sleazy.
