I’ve spoken with a few local investors about how they Obtained their lawyers. Of course no one shares who their lawyer is but at least they’re willing share how they found them.
I wanted to ask everyone on BP how they found their lawyers? What questions did you ask to vet your lawyer? In other words how did you go about making sure they were the person you wanted to do all of you business with and represent you and your business legally?
