After a home is under contract, what should be done next?
I have been speaking to a few homeowners and I would like to put them under contract but as a wholesaler I would like to know what would be my next steps besides finding a buyer? I know that I am going to make mistakes but I do not want to waste anyone time on making huge mistakes.
