double closing emd
I am doing a short sale. Now I will be double closing. Once i the short sale is approved i will deposit the emd. Now I have a buyer lined up for the deal for the b-c transaction. But. can i use his emd for the b-c and put as my emd for the a-b close on it.. then turn around and sell it to him with no emd in place for the b-c transaction?
