Have a realtor friend with MLS, what questions should I ask her?
Hi BP. I have a friend that has access to the MLS. What type of things should I have her look in to? I know there's a lot of useful information, but what exactly is available to her? Ways to find cash buyers, probate listings, absentee home owners and that sort of thing, possibly expired listings and such? Please help! lol thank you all.
