I know a seller/Investor that is going to put his home on the market in 2 months but will be open to selling it off market foR the riGHT PRICE. I have a buyer but they will have to take out a loan. Is it possible for the buyer to purchase this home without having all cash? NO AGENT FEES INVOLVED. Sorry if there is not enough info. I’m so new to this and trying to piece it all together. Also my caps lock is acting up on my keyboard. Sorry for the unescessary caps.
