New to Wholesaling, looking for tips/advice.
New to investing from Roseville, CA would like to get into wholesaling to start off preferably in the Sacramento area. I have read books, listened to podcasts, attended so called "guru" meetings which almost cost me 20K, thank God have not fell into it. I would love to to network with more wholesalers and learn from them, would genuinely appreciate any tips and advice for beginners. Would love to shadow on a deal or two if possible, have some cash willing to invest. Willing to go out there and start knocking on doors. If anyone has any advice on this topic in regards to books, meetups or people please let me know. Thanks!
