Need help determining value of land
How do you find the true value of Land ? Says owner purchased it for 30k
From what I’m getting it says land is value at 135k but when i try to advertise the property. Investors tell me it’s not even worth 30k .
I don’t understand, maybe if there was a house already there it would be value at 135k or am i just completely missing something
