Driving for Dollars equity question

Hi guys! Been a lurker here on BP for awhile. I’m ready to take some action and start wholesaling to build up capital to get into the buy and hold game. I do have a question, I’m going to be driving for dollars in the east end of LA County. I just downloaded the Property Radar app after some research on the different list options. Is there a certain equity % that LA investors use when looking at property, since the values are much different here then other cities and counties? Thanks for any help!
