Direct mail feed back for those that are starting out

Just wanted to jot down a few things.

I get probably 10 mail pieces a week from various parts of the country on assets we own.. we target the same thing wholesalers do so we get these.

I had a few surplus properties so I wanted to go ahead and reach out and see if I could find any true cash buyers not assignors..

Any who.. I called 8 of them today and NOT one answered the phone and more glaringly one of them the number did not work.

Just a gentle suggestion for those starting out at least and or until you have enough deal flow.. but I highly recommend you answer live.

and of course double check that your phone is working..  its my experience over decades of marketing that people will ( if no one picks up) do what I did and just move on to the next one that will answer the phone..

Just something to think about as your launching your we buy properties business.

This is AWESOME advice. It's not talked about too often, however it is one of the most important parts of a successful campaign.

its not only wholesalers its real estate agents as well..  I cant stand the  messages on their phones.. IE   for a faster response text me.

I don't text I don't accept them and don't do them unless it family..  I hate it when I get some rambling text from someone I have no clue as to who they are..  but I am old school I  know that.
