Wholesaling an agent listed property.
Hi all, I'm curious about the mechanics on properties listed on the MLS/with a realtor. Is there anything stopping me from going behind the realtors back to the seller and getting the property under contract for significantly less than it is listed for and wholesaling it? The property is a potential development site with no structures currently if that makes a difference.
