This it my first deal how can I get a contract and how I get paid

Hi @Kevan Hodges Congrats! You can get Contracts from your local REIA or Real Estate Attorney. Once your Seller Contract is complete you turn it in to a Title Company. Once you find a Buyer and they complete the Buyers Contract Agreement you turn that over to the same Title Company. The Title Company will process the paperwork and send you the difference.
