I have a seller with two properties this will be my first sell and I was wondering do I need to have them fill out two separate contracts for each property with the price on the contract ? Because he wants 30k for both and 17 for it’s one but I am interested in both so I have him sign two contracts for 15k ?

@Jasmine Coley Yes and yes as joe said. If it’s a different APN then it should have its own contract.
