Does location play a significant role in wholesaling?
Does location play a significant role in wholesaling because I'm in a medium sized town in Mississippi and last week I was following a wholesale training video on YouTube and went on Listability.com to find "Absentee owners" ... Nothing popped up , but when I switched the city to a bigger population city, like Houston , it's alot of action on that side. Does location play a role in gaining profit as a wholesaler?
