Whole Sale Advice for Beginners

Posted

Hello Everyone,

So After reading “Rich Dad Pore Dad” I became intrigued about Real Estate, specifically The Buy & Hold area. The idea of financial freedom and being able to establish generational wealth motivated me to push towards purchasing a property to Hold.

I started saving money and building my credit but at the rate I was going I realize I’d be really old before I could get my first property. So I just kept searching for other ways to make money. Until I Was introduced to Wholesaling from a Book “Real Estate Wealth...” by Kito J. Johnson.

Now The Book Gives Some Pretty Good Information But we all know you could never get enough information, so I’m asking you all what advise or tips could you give a beginner to Wholesaling.

Thank You!

Regards

Christopher LeFevre

Start now.

Pick a way to find properties, talk to sellers, make offers.

You can read about wholesaling forever. There are endless books and articles on the subject. But, the fact of the matter is, no matter how much knowledge you acquire through reading on wholesaling you will 100% find yourself in a situation which you have to be creative and figure out on your own.

So, my tip is to take ACTION!

Good luck man!
