Losing hope for wholesale

This quest to wholesaling real estate is becoming discouraging.. it normally takes a lot for me to lose hope, but I’ve tried everything. Is there any local real estate wholesalers that I could compensate, to sit with and see a wholesale transaction unfold? I live in the Greensboro,NC area

How long have you been marketing to find deals? How much money have you spent on marketing? What are you doing to find deals?

It does not happen overnight. It took me 4 or 5 months of knocking on the doors of people who were going to foreclosure to find a deal. I knocked on about 200 doors before I got my first deal.
