Hello im a new wholesaler in the dfw area and im trying to let my buyers know about a potential deal and i am trying to see who likes the numbers before i try to get it under contract. Is this a good way to test the waters or should i get it under contract 1st?

@David Polk Jr if you're not sure of the numbers, or you dont know what your buyers are looking for, you probably need a little more time before jumping into contracts. You want to be 100% sure that you can close the deal if you put it under contract. Put yourself in the sellers shoes....
