Tax delinquent list Philadelphia

Does anybody have a current tax delinquent list from Philadelphia I only need around 300 leads but on listsource you have to spend $50 and I can’t find any other places to buy a list of leads.

You can check out data.philly.com which will give you a break down of tax delinquent properties by neighborhood or by name of companies that own property.
