Small Population Wholesaling
I'm in a small population of around 15,000 in Nebraska and have only heard of one other person wholesaling real estate in my area. The response was not positive to say the least, and lead off by saying the county officials had told him this was illegal. Do you think this is because of the area I'm in or does this hold any water? Also, has anyone on here done wholesaling in smaller populations? What were your biggest obstacles?
