Calculating repair costs

hello everyone, I am new to wholesaling and I want to be as helpful to investors as possible starting with not wasting their time with inaccurate repair costs or value of property so with that being said, is there any investors in the Houston market willing to allow me to shadow them on their deals so that I can learn costs and what things to look at when evaluating a property and I dont mind being hands on.

It's going to be tricky to find someone in BP. Try your local real estate investment group, or find your local facebook wholesale groups and strike up conversations there. Good luck!
