Building a buyers list using landglide's excel dataset

I'm trying to build a buyers list. I purchased a large property dataset from Landglide's company "Reportallusa".

Each property in my county is listed in the spreadsheet along with who is the owner and other attributes of the property. Over 540,000 properties in the excel spreadsheet.

I filtered the data to only show single family properties, under $350,000, in my area, purchased in the last year. Then I filtered the owners to only show LLC owned properties.

I have a solid list of what seems like buyers. Now I need to skip trace to find their email.

Has anyone else used this method? What's the best way to skip trace the company names? Needtoskip? Are there skiptracing services that find the emails?
