ron legrand contracts

I have been using ron legrands contracts but there are some things on it that dont make sense to me.  has anybody used these before and if so what do you think of them

@Michel Lautensack I strongly suggest having an attorney look over any contracts you get from a third party, even Ron Legrand. Said attorney should be able to give you a far better explanation of the things that don't make sense on the contracts than any of us on here without a license.
