Tax Delinquent List
Hi guys! I'm trying to find the Tax Delinquent list in NY but I haven't luck to get it yet. I called the NYC Department of Taxation and Finance in Albany but they told me I have to sent a writing letter or email specify why I need those records attaching my ID and Social Security. I sent and email just saying "I'm looking for properties that have fallen behind on payments but have not gone to Tax Lien or Tax Deed sale".
Does anyone know how to get this list?
