@Nicholas Groover You can definitely wholesale this property, however, make sure you work out the legalities of wholesaling without a license. The laws on this subject vary state to state. You can talk to the mortgage company yourself and try to hash out a deal. Make a proper assessment of the after repair value of the house.

Large banks generally do not talk to buyers of individual properties. They list them with agents or sell them in bulk. It may be easier to get through to the right person with a smaller local or regional bank.

@Nicholas Groover Definitely possible to wholesale a property like this but would recommend to read all of the fine print in the contract. Typically mortgage companies and banks will include a line in their purchase contracts that says you can't assign the contract.
